Terms and Conditions

VIP Travel Services, Inc. and/or its booking agents act only as booking agents for rail passes, railways, tourist boards, hotels, sightseeing, commercial airplane travel, car rental and/or any other service in connection with the itineraries of individual or group travelers. VIP Travel Services, Inc. and/or its agents shall not be liable nor accept responsibility for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity, liability or expense to person or property due to act or default by any hotel, carrier or other company or person providing or rendering services bought thru our offices. VIP Travel Services, Inc. and/or its agents shall not be liable nor accept responsibility for any sickness, theft, pilferage, labor dispute, machinery breakdown, government restraint, act of God, war or terrorism, weather conditions, defect in vehicle or transportation or any other circumstance beyond our control. Furthermore, it is the clients responsibility to have all necessary travel documents, including, but not limited to: passports and visas. VIP Travel Services, Inc. will not be responsible if client is not permitted to board the aircraft.

To the best of our knowledge all representations of properties and/or services on this website are accurate. VIP Travel Services, Inc. and/or its agents shall not be liable for any discrepancies in representations of properties and/or services.

All prices are quoted in United States dollars. All prices quoted are subject to change without notice until booking is confirmed and final payment is received. 

Forms of Payment:

VIP Travel Services, Inc. accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS AND DISCOVER. Personal checks are accepted if received in our office a minimum of 30 days before departure, otherwise credit card must be used in order to confirm booking. No documents will be released until the check has cleared the bank. In the event that the check is returned as insufficient funds, VIP Travel Services will charge $25.00 NSF Fee. Make checks payable to: VIP Travel Services and send to: 409 Executive Center Blvd., Suite 300 - El Paso, Texas 79902, Attn: Accounts Receivable. Be sure to include your invoice and/or confirmation number on the check. 

Refunds/Cancellations:

Refund and/or cancellation policies are dependent on which products and/or services you request. These policies will be given to you along with your itinerary.

In general, all airline tickets are non-refundable. Airline tickets may be exchanged for a new ticket for a $25.00 exchange fee plus any exchange fee charged by the airline plus any fare difference. As of the date this was written airline exchange fees are as follows: International tickets: $200.00, Domestic: $100.00.
